Exclusivi is a platform that allows hotels the ability to better engage with guests through intuitive front-end interfaces like TV & mobile apps, real-time PMS & CRM integration, guest analytics and marketing automation. These tools allow the hotel to enhance every aspect of a guest's stay, resulting in increased overall satisfaction by driving revenue, reviews, repeat purchases and reducing costs.

My role primarily involved onboarding a 5-star resort located on the beautiful island of Rhodes. Some of my responsibilities included the following:

  • Customized the mobile application to include menus for the restaurants, bars, spa and room service
  • Created and ran targeted WiFi/smart TV campaigns to drive restaurant and spa bookings
  • Integrated guest restaurant bookings made through app with the hotel's booking engine (Protel)
  • Monitored guest net promoter scores to solicit positive reviews on TripAdvisor, Tophotels, Holidaycheck etc.

Sales Manager

Lafarge Canada, part of LafargeHolcim, is the world's largest construction materials supplier with revenue of over 26 billion CHF. As Sales Manager, I managed the commercial activities of the most profitable division in Edmonton, Concrete Pipe. I was responsible for the Northern Alberta market overseeing the sale of concrete pipe and all related drainage products with an annual revenue target in excess of $35 million.

My proudest achievements include the following:

  • Expanded customer base by securing 2 additional customers that translated into over $1 million in sales
  • Increased market share by 5% and maintained margin targets during the economic downturn in 2016
  • Implemented MH Pro! software for automating shop drawings and quantity takeoffs that resulted in productivity gains (15%), reductions in errors (10%) and cost savings of over $5000

Design & Marketing Engineer

The design role required me to develop an in-depth technical knowledge of our products, relevant industry standards and specifications, and to assist design firms with queries as required. The marketing role saw me develop relationships with the design community to ensure our products were top-of-mind; this included conducting lunch and learns, plant tours, contributing to our yearly product catalogue and assisting with the annual "Lafarge Days", an exhibition dedicated to showcase all things Lafarge.

Project Manager

I started my career at Lafarge working as a Project Manager for the Concrete Pipe division. My tasks involved managing all aspects of large-scale multi-million dollar project from the tender stage through to completion. This client-facing role allowed me to develop excellent relationships with our customers, a skill that promoted me to exclusively manage our top customer who accounted for 30% of our sales.
